Being a first time voter, i was'nt interested in politics, but my parents and elder brother told me, you should have a clear idea of whom you should vote for, who's your candidate and which party will promise you a good government at the center. After reading a couple of articles on the internet about elelctions and the importance it has, and the seriousness, about voting, I find that its the manadatory, a responsible citizen should use it and its a powerful weapon in the hand of a citizen, but still I dont know which party would be better for me, so i want to learn about the parties contesting in the election, what should I think of as my primary decision about a party or a candidate, should I vote for a nice MP to my constituency or vote to elect an appropriate Government at the center.
So now I am going to read the content on the sites of the three parties in India, BJP( who have better chance at center but poor candidate at my constituency), Congress(Poor chance because People donot like to give second chance to a party at center, yet congress can win based on the reaction it received to the development projects carried out), And the third party CPI ( yes friends thye have a site full of contents, comrade like speeches which will make your heart to beat fast, but can they really govern a nation i have doubts, now i tried to find the 'THIRD FRONT' which has no existence in the cyber space ).
I urge you friends who are going to vote for the first time, please study about the party, candidate you are going to vote to, please this is serious, you need to do some research before you vote, i know its more boring than watching an award film for a free ticket but if you dont go out and vote, then your life will be more boring with many strange laws and policies.
So better study and decide, atleast go out and vote.
